Order with confidence, knowing that most of my items are lovingly hand made and sewn (Will specifically state 'Hand Made') with extreme attention to detail and quality.

For safety in all baby products, items are TRIPLE sewn to ensure items are secure.

Baby Teething items are made using quality organic untreated natural woods and BPA Free Food Grade Non Toxic 100% Silicone and Plastics(See baby products for more information)

As products are hand made and sewn, please allow for possible variations and patterned materials may have different placing to photos.

All care is taken to describe every item in great detail and photographs are NOT photo shopped but colours may vary depending on individual monitors and devices.

Shipping to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post.

We deliver to Anywhere in the World, please message me before you order with your Country for delivery and we will give you a quote for postage if not already listed.

Standard delivery will be quoted for smaller items under 2cm thick and does not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Price is determined by weight of items/parcels starting from $5 for up to 250g item/items

If you require tracking, overnight delivery or insureance, please message me for a quote before you order.

Larger Parcels are sent by weight or in pre-paid satchels and do have tracking numbers in Australia only.

If you require tracking for overseas parcels, extra charge applies.

Ready made items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

For more complex orders such as Sensory Tactile Blankets, please allow up to 5 business days for completion and shipping.
GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING-

All items come packaged in a quality Clear Cellophane sealed bag and shipped in 'Tough A4 Envelopes'

Larger packages are wrapped in Clear Cellophane.

Gift Wrapping is available if required for an additional $5.00 per package.

Blank Cards are available for an additional $1.00 and can be hand written and send directly to recipient.

Small Organza bags as well as Cellophane Bags are included with jewellery items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES-

Should you not be satisfied with your item/s, please message me with your concerns to see if it can be rectified, everything possible will be done to resolve the issue.

If a product is damaged or faulty, a full refund will be given (including postage) Please advise within 14 Days.

If you are Not 100% Satisfied, Changed Your Mind or product is Not Suitable for your needs, a full refund or exchange will be given (minus the postage paid) upon return of the item in same/original state as purchased.
